Scentsy Story
Hello friends!
If we already know each other, you undoubtedly know my "why" - my story. If not, let's get acquainted.
I am a 42 year old wife, mother of two amazing kids and a Gigi to the most adorable baby boy ever. I built my life around my career, until I couldn't. (Body has a way of stopping you when it's time.)
I've spent several years of the last decade fighting for my health; from years when I literally could not get out of bed without help, to the times I'm able to manage a "normal" life with the magical combination of family and medical support.
I've made my name in the nonprofit world, and - up until recently, was doing fairly OK... and then I wasn't.
That's where I am today. This is my why. Scentsy allows me to have a purpose that works with my disability. I can put it away when I need to, take an order from my couch surrounded with cushions because my hands are no longer capable of holding the phone, or even post new and exciting things from bed!
Currently, I'm working on bettering my health... one day at a time. I will always have nonprofit leadership in my blood.
But this... this right here... this is mine, it's customized by me, for me. I can work it as much or as little as my mind and body are able.
So join me on this ride! Help me support my family, the whole big group of us. Whether your support is emotional, through friendship, or financial... I'm glad we're here, together. I can only say that I hope we can hug and crazy laugh it out together, over something obscenely silly one day. Arm in arm.
